When Daniela and I were brainstorming on ideas for her and Adrian’s engagement session locations, her requirement was a location that had a view of the city (Santa Barbara, that is) and the mountains. We decided on Santa Barbara City College’s Botanic Gardens, once I showed her photos from a wedding I had photographed there earlier this year. I’d say we did pretty well! We even got the beach and ocean!
Purple flowers make everything better!
Living in California, I don’t see fall very often, so when I see red colored leaves, I’m quite happy, and use them any way I can. There were not, unfortunately, enough pretty red leaves to actually have Adrian+Daniela take photos with, but all I needed for this shot was one! 😀
