Nikki and Gerry’s Belmond El Encanto wedding was a mix of fun, romance, beauty, and, of course, spunk! 😉 The bubbly duo lucked out with fantastic summer-like weather in November and magnificent sunset colors, which, as Nikki said, made “for an even more magical day.” I couldn’t agree more!

What does Gerry love most about Nikki?
“I love how caring Nikki is towards me and our dogs. She is one of the hardest workers I know and she never complains about it. She also knows how to unwind and have a good time, which I appreciate. I love the way that she deals with people, and how all my friends and family love her and always have great things to say about her.”

The florals for this outdoor Belmond El Encanto wedding ceremony were spot on!
The ceremony was one of the highlights of the day for Nikki. From Nikki:
“Standing with each other during the ceremony in front of our closest friends and family and knowing it was the beginning of our new life together was my favorite part of the day. Also, having my brother officiate the ceremony like a pro! He was so funny and made the whole thing an ease. It couldn’t have been better!”

Why did Nikki and Gerry choose the Belmond El Encanto for their wedding day?
“My mom took us to lunch at the El Encanto one day while out looking for wedding venues and I absolutely fell in love! From the views and scenery the hotel had to offer to the amazing staff, we absolutely loved it! It was extra special to us because my parents had they wedding reception there 39 years ago, so it seemed meant to be to have our wedding there.”
What are the two most looking forward to as a married couple?
“Growing old together and expanding our family. 🙂 ”
