Running a few minutes behind, the ladies quickly whisked past the spectacular dress that was hanging up, ready to adorn its wearer. Although they had to plan from afar, Valerie & Michael brought their friends and family together to celebrate their union on a warm, Santa Barbara November day at the Rockwood Women’s Club. Below is a slideshow of photos from their special day. To browse through the photos at your own leisure, scroll down. Enjoy!
Although it was hung up for the purpose of making sure it didn’t get dirty or wrinkled, the beautiful dress was placed perfectly to photograph when I arrived for Valerie & Michael’s wedding.

Getting Ready photos are some of my favorite moments to capture–Beautiful candid smiles and laughs, private conversations and inside jokes, and, of course, butterflies before seeing the significant other!
